The minimum age of booking is 18.

Due to mobility restrictions we may be unable to cater for disabled guests

Due to possible mobility restrictions and for insurance purposes we cannot cater for pregnant guests

At Phantom Ghosts we will NOT allow any form of drug use or alcohol at the event if we suspect anyone to be under the influence we will turn you away and you will be expected to leave the premises immediately.

We do not allow any form of smoking indoors at the event this includes vaping (This may not apply outside)

There will not be sleeping facilities on site unless specified otherwise

Phantom Ghost Hunts will not be responsible for any loss or damage to equipment or belongings of the guests throughout and after the event

Events may be cancelled or postponed due to various reasons. If this occurs, we will offer credit towards another event or the option to take a full refund.

Throughout the event Phantom Ghost Hunts will not allow any misbehaviour this includes but isn't limited too (harm or injury to other guests, purposeful destruction of equipment or any damage done to the property of the event) Any damages must be paid by those who did it.

Refund policy - Refunds will be considered on a case to case basis but are in no way guaranteed.

Any guest who wishes to leave the event early must notify one of the staff at the event this is due to health and safety regulations.

It is important that all clients understand that they are entering the event at their own risk. Phantom Ghost Hunts will accept no liability for any acidents, injury or incidents to a client that does not follow our policies. Phantom Ghost Hunts will attempt to foresee any potential hazards in order to eliminate them before the event. However, due to the nature of the events and locations accidents can still happen and strict protocols to avoid this must be adhered to. Although Phantom Ghost Hunts has its own public liability insurance some of our policies may not be covered due to the fact that some of the location boundaries are beyond the normal public access categories, therefore guests attend at their own risk.
